Step 2 – Follow the packing instructions on the repair form

Step 3 – Include your Ansonia clock in a box with good packaging, and drop it in the mail.

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your clock in our
clock repair center. The moment we have completed your free estimate, we will reach out to you again with details about your clock repair for approval. No work is done without your approval. Upon approval, your clock will be expertly serviced the same day* and shipped back to you as soon as possible.

Your clock repair, clock movement replacement is guaranteed for one year.

Q. “What if I don’t have a printer?”
A.   Simply write down the same info on a piece of paper and send it with your clock for repair.

*We stock all common parts for clock repair, however crystals and other clock repair that require special order parts can take longer.
